Consulting Officer and all associates of ETCO INDIA have authorized ETCO INDIA (the Organization) to use the names of the
standard and the best practices by virtue of their individual certifications strictly from the perspective of presenting the concepts
to achieve an opportunity for implementation consulting and second party auditing.

The Principal Consulting Officer and all Consulting Associates of ETCO INDIA clearly understand the professional and morale
obligations that they are possess by virtue of their individual certifications and are committed to abide by them.

ETCO INDIA has however presented the concepts and implementation methodology in their own style and possesses the
copyrights of the logo, articulation and presentation style on this web-site. Moreover, ETCO INDIA has extended the ITIL
Service Management best practices to Non-IT Services as well to the extent a feasibility exists for their implementation.

The organization willing to implement all the mentioned standards should purchase the original copy of the standards from a
National Certification Body.

The organization willing to implement ITIL based IT Service Management best practices should purchase the original books
published by OGC, UK (please refer http://www.itil.co.uk/publications.htm).

The organisation willing to implement COBIT should download the relevant documents from the website of ISACA.
